There are 5 apartments available in Chana Katz's building located at 4142 Elm Ave. between Carson and San Antonio. They are listed at approximatley $1,345 plus electricity. There is a laundry room with 4 machines and dryers, a small workout room, inside parking, and an elevator. Usually they also have brand new appliances - a dishwasher, microwave, and an oven. There is a 1 bd/1 bath apartment for rent in my building (corner of Carson and Elm) going for no more than $1200 a month.
Also, there will be a 2 bd/ 2 bath apartment for rent, and if i find someone before the owner has to advertise it, he will rent it for $1,345 a month, otherwise it will be $1,395 a month.
