Apartments for Rent
There are 5 apartments available in Chana Katz's building located at 4142 Elm Ave. between Carson and San Antonio. They are listed at approximatley $1,345 plus electricity. There is a laundry room with 4 machines and dryers, a small workout room, inside parking, and an elevator. Usually they also have brand new appliances - a dishwasher, microwave, and an oven.
